I was apprehensive about going for Snowies today due to rain, fog and lighting conditions, but thought "a wet owl would be interesting." So I headed out thinking of nothing more than raindrops on it's feathers. Little did I know "wet owl" would have brand new meaning, as this one was totally submerged floating/swimming near the dock. After several minutes, it took off like a canon out of water (without a meal) and started the hunt all over again.
